Delivery time
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.
The delivery times indicated at the time of ordering are only an estimate made by our delivery partners and in no case a guarantee.
The My Qamis website cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. No claim for compensation can therefore be made. Delivery times are of the order of 48 working hours (for France) by colissimo as soon as your order has been sent (if a product is out of stock, we will inform you immediately and offer you an exchange or refund).
We reserve the right to change the delivery method with a refund of the difference. You can choose your type of delivery by writing to us by e-mail to find out the exact cost of delivery.
Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of products shall not entitle the purchaser to: compensation for damages; cancellation of the order.
In the presence of the delivery person or at the post office:
- The apparent condition of the package If the delivery is not in order
- Mention the problem on the delivery note: damaged packaging, broken warranty strip, leakage, etc
- Refuse the parcel, clearly stating the reason(s)
- https://www.my-qamis.com/en/ is in no way responsible for indirect damage (if you accept the parcel).
Please note: The mention "sous réserves" (or "sous réserves de déballage") is not accepted as a guarantee for the recovery of damages. (Reception of the parcel is the responsibility of the receiver). Should the package be lost, damaged, opened or stolen, https://www.my-qamis.com/en/ cannot be held responsible. The customer should inform us and also contact the post office on 3631 to make a claim. For all claims, the consumer must send a letter by any means, including by mail. For any reason whatsoever, parcels returned to the sender, through no fault of https://www.my-qamis.com/, the cost of reshipment will be charged to the customer or make a claim with the postal service at 3631 in order to obtain compensation. (see conditions of the post office).
Article : Withdrawal period
Within 14 days of delivery of the order, the consumer has the right to return, exchange or obtain a credit note for any products that do not suit him/her.
- The product must be returned in good condition, complete and unworn.
- The order reference and the refund request must be clearly stipulated in the package.
- The product must be in its packaging, with its label and in very good condition

- If for any reason the customer cancels his order or part of it, the delivery charges will be due (Applicable for the offered charges, if the customer has benefited from offered charges conditioned to an amount, if he had to cancel his order or part of it, the offered delivery charges will be due and deducted from the refund).
If one of these conditions is missing, the refund cannot be made.
Once received, the refund will be made within 10 working days.
Exchange
If you wish to change size or model, you will need to return the product by Colissimo, respecting the above conditions, and tell us what you would like instead. Once we've received it, we'll send you an e-mail with a link for payment of 3€90 for postage on the new item. After payment, we'll send you your order.
Article - Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the https://www.my-qamis.com/en/ website and while stocks last. For products not in stock, our offers are subject to availability from our suppliers.
If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by e-mail.
Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made. In addition, the https://www.my-qamis.com/en/ website is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Consequently, Gérant reserves the right to refuse orders for identical items.
